Domain & IP statistics
Interpret click events, generated tokens, clicked tokens and unique addresses.
Open the reports#
Expand Statistics in the sidebar. Domain Statistics aggregates link activity by domain; IP Statistics groups the corresponding IP/country data.
Metric definitions#
| Metric | Interpretation |
|---|---|
| Click events | Recorded requests/events in the selected click period |
| Generated tokens | Tracking mappings associated with the selected sending period |
| Clicked tokens | Distinct tracked tokens with a click |
| Click rate | Token-based ratio shown by the report, not a count of distinct people |
| Unique IPs | Distinct recorded IP addresses; shared/NAT addresses can represent several users |
| First / last click | Observed event boundaries for that grouping |
Match the time context#
Click-period totals and sent-period clicks can differ because an older message can be clicked today. Check the selected date and row labels. Do not divide unrelated report totals to invent a conversion rate.
IP detail#
Use domain drill-down or the IP view to inspect country, domain, click count and timestamps. IP country classification is enrichment, not guaranteed physical location or subscriber identity.
Bots and privacy#
Link previews, crawlers, repeat requests and human-challenge settings affect activity. Use the bot filter and available trace evidence. Export only what the account's permissions allow, and apply your retention policy to click records.
Compare with Dashboard#
Dashboard summarizes submissions and outcomes for Today or Yesterday. Domain/IP reports measure URL activity and need not equal submission counts. For matching record-level evidence, open CDRs and align the date and time zone manually.
Screenshots show fictional data from the public demo. Your instance may have different records and permissions.
