Dashboard — SMS & Voice overview
Daily traffic, delivery rates, billing, live calls and operational checks for administrators and clients.
Start with the daily overview#
Dashboard is the first page after signing in to the SMSFLARE operational panel. It brings together submissions, delivery outcomes, billing and Voice activity. Use it to spot a change, then open the relevant detailed report.
Select the reporting day#
Choose Today or Yesterday and a Time zone. The hourly chart uses that UTC offset. The line below the controls shows the date and zone of the loaded snapshot; Updated uses your browser's local time.
Use the refresh icon on the right for a new snapshot. Auto refresh · 60s is optional and refreshes while the tab is visible. If a request fails, the last successful snapshot stays visible with an error. Check its date and update time before using it.
Links to detailed reports do not transfer the Dashboard's date or time zone. Set matching filters in the destination report before comparing totals.
Understand the main cards#
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Submissions | Incoming SMPP submissions across SMS and Voice; not the number of SMS parts |
| Delivered | Delivered submissions divided by all submissions, including pending records |
| Failed outcomes | Failed, undeliverable, rejected, expired or unknown delivery outcomes |
| Billed amount | Client tariff units charged for these submissions, including Voice; not provider purchase cost or profit |
| Voice jobs | Unique Voice jobs and their final outcomes; retries do not create extra jobs in this count |
| Live calls now | Calls currently dialing, ringing, answered or playing; the hint shows jobs queued or awaiting retry now |
Voice jobs are a subset of incoming submissions. Do not add them to Submissions to calculate total traffic. Live counts describe the current state even when Yesterday is selected.
Read traffic and Voice performance#
Hover over or focus an hourly chart bar to read its counts. Delivery overview groups delivered, failed and pending/other records. Tracked URL clicks belong to submissions created in the selected day; the clicks themselves may have happened later.
Voice performance uses final job outcomes. ASR is answered jobs divided by completed plus failed jobs; average call duration uses answered jobs. Provider retries count once. Open VoIP statistics for gateway detail or live calls for current calls.
Administrator and client views#
Administrators also see Connections now, Operational checks and up to ten Top clients by submissions. The top-client table supports View, row size and pagination. Connection counts compare connected, enabled and configured accounts or gateways. Enabled Voice gateways are configuration counts, not SIP availability checks.
Operational checks flag disconnected enabled SMPP gateways, exhausted enabled billing accounts and failed SMS/Voice outcomes. A clean snapshot does not certify the health of the whole server.
A client account sees its own traffic and wallet balance, credit and available amount. It does not receive other clients' traffic, wallets, the administrator's connection summary or top-client ranking. See client access.
Empty days and the public demo#
Zero counts mean there are no matching records for that day and zone. A dash means a rate or average has no denominator; it is not a failed calculation.
The demo screenshots use fictional records dated 27 October 2026. On the following day, Yesterday shows that sample traffic. Later, use the corresponding date filters in CDRs and detailed reports; Dashboard only offers Today and Yesterday. Disabled sample gateways and zero live calls are expected in a demonstration environment.
Screenshots show fictional data from the public demo. Your instance may have different records and permissions.
