Client web panel
Separate customer access from administration and the public website account.
Separate entry points#
The softswitch has an administrative frontend and a client-mode frontend built from the shared React project. The commercial SMSFlare website's customer account is a separate application; it is not automatically an SMPP client account.
Enable client access#
The instance administrator enables Web Access for the intended SMPP/Voice account and supplies the client-panel URL and credentials. Disabling Web Access revokes that client's non-admin sessions in the current save path.
Working as a client#
Use the client-mode navigation and reports to inspect your account's available traffic, delivery records, cost and click information. Administrative account/provider/routing operations are not normal client tasks. Filters and exports remain scoped by the backend permissions; hiding a menu is not an authorization mechanism.
Report a delivery issue#
Provide the submit ID, destination context, timestamp/time zone, expected outcome and observed status. Do not send the account password in a ticket. An administrator can correlate the corresponding provider and event trace.
Balance and billing#
The displayed balance and credit setting have distinct meanings. Confirm billing arrangements with the instance operator. Hosting-plan payments on the public website and per-message wallet transactions inside the softswitch are separate records.
Dashboard and CDRs#
Your Dashboard opens after login and shows only your account's SMS/Voice traffic and wallet. Administrator connection summaries and other clients' traffic are unavailable. Open CDRs for individual records, trace details and exports permitted for your account.
Screenshots show fictional data from the public demo. Your instance may have different records and permissions.
