Working with the interface

Tables, filters, themes and dialogs used throughout the platform.

After login, Dashboard opens with the daily SMS and Voice overview. CDRs is the current name of the former Logs report; its URL remains unchanged.

The sidebar groups SMS clients and gateways, Voice delivery, TTS, Voice operations, messaging reports and settings. A collapsed sidebar remains scrollable with the mouse wheel. Expand the relevant group to open domain or IP statistics.

Tables and filters#

  • Use View to show or hide optional columns. Identity and action columns remain available.
  • Click a sortable heading to change order. Server-paginated reports apply sorting to the result set.
  • Use the filter button to reveal operational filters.
  • Use Rows and the page controls to change how much is visible. Column and local row-size preferences are stored in your browser.
  • Wide tables scroll horizontally; the footer remains separate from the scrolling grid.
  • An empty table means no records match the current view. Check filters before concluding that delivery data is missing.

Dialogs#

Dialog headings, section tabs and actions remain visible while the body scrolls. Cancel closes the draft; Save changes or Add submits it. Some operational actions, such as uploading a file or creating a saved test destination, take effect immediately when their own action button is used.

Themes and smaller screens#

Use the sun/moon control in the top bar. Tables, empty states, file-import panels and dialogs support dark mode. On smaller screens, scroll within tables and dialog content instead of expecting every column to fit at once.

Exports#

Exports follow the filters and permissions of the relevant report. Confirm the time zone and date range before reconciling an export with billing or provider reports.

Screenshots show fictional data from the public demo. Your instance may have different records and permissions.
